Our World designs by Karene Gonzalez and Terri Croghan are light-hearted, original creations that highlight our whacky world. All designs are silk-screened locally on quality 100% cotton.
Back in 1992 we knew we had something in common when we started working together—a love of design along with an ability to find humor in almost anything. While on lunch breaks we doodled on post-it notes (no, seriously, we’ve still got them!) and laughed and followed the ideas that flowed until “Our World” finally took shape in 1998. For a few years, Our World was forced to take a back seat to family and work, but the concept was fed periodically, new ideas sprang forth and finally, in late spring of 2006 Our World was ready to meet its public. (Well, sort of—actually, it was more like jumping in the Columbia when you don’t know how to swim. Fortunately, we float pretty well and we learn fast.)
We are very proud to say we got our start at Walla Walla’s Farmers Market and our business has taken off from there. With 13 designs and many more to come, printed on many styles and colors, we plan to keep putting smiles on the faces of tourists and locals with our kooky sayings and fun designs.
